The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) is one of the key events in the business world. In 10 years of its work, the Forum has become the world’s leading platform for communication of business representatives and discussion of key economic issues. Each year the Forum is attended by more than 10,000 participants, including heads of states and governments of developing countries, heads of major companies, leading world experts.
GRATA-Adv prepared five stands for such companies as PAO “Rosseti”, PAO “Gazprombank”, AO “Uralchem OXC”, PAO “Uralkali” , “SuperOx”. Our projects were recognized in a “Forbes” publication as several of the most attractive stands at the SPIEF 2016.
The stand for PAO “Rosseti” was devoted to the energy systems of the future. Bright design, combining the use of multimedia innovations, modern materials and integrated lighting system, reflected the technological nature of the customer. On the area of 250 sq.m. two meeting rooms were placed, including one on the second floor, a recreation area dedicated to soccer, and a real functioning branch of the analytical center processing incoming information on the work of the networks in front of guests. The stand was decorated with art objects in the form of copies of the famous rostral columns of St. Petersburg made with the help of modern materials and with the use of stylish lighting.
Gazprombank’s two-story stand (200 sq.m.) introduced the energy of a big city. The spacious, airy, functional installation attracted the attention of visitors thanks to a harmonious combination of bright design elements. Large screens, modern materials, thoughtful lighting and living plants helped to reflect the corporate style of the client and its significant position on the market in the design of the stand. Each aspect of the stand was thought out to the smallest detail – animation on a big screen enlivened and supplemented static elements of the design, the company’s corporate colors were used to highlight key points, and communication zones provided comfort to visitors.
The stand for “Uralchem” (150 sq.m.) is a unique piece that attracted attention and pleasantly surprised both experts and ordinary exhibitors. It is performed in the form of an art object, simultaneously referring to the “Cloud Gate” sculpture and the image of a molecule, this stand is designed in such a way that it is easy to disassemble it into separate elements ready for transportation and assembling in a new place. At the same time, this work of exhibition art remains a fully functional and effective space for communication and presentation of products using interactive screens made in the same style.
The stand for “SuperOx” became an embodiment of functionality and efficient use of space. On a small area of 60 sq.m. there was a place not only for several meeting rooms, but also for the image display of the company’s huge product, which turned into an art object attracting the attention of visitors. The elegant color design emphasized the stylish and modern design of the structure.
The “Virtual reality” stand was done at the request of our partners and created an effective space not only for communication, but also for demonstration of innovative products, taking into account all the requirements of design, technology and security.
