Presentation of new LADA models with emphasis on the new LADA XCODE. Development of the image of the manufacturer whose products meet international standards.
The stand for LADA at the Moscow International Automobile Salon 2016 became a global project of GRATA ADV – 4 key departments of the company were involved in that project.
Presentation of new LADA models, especially a fresh concept-car is always a great event in the world of automotive industry. And the “stage” for the presentation of new auto-stars should match the scale of the event!
To present the new and the already familiar models to the public, including the most beautiful novelty of the automobile salon – XCODE, a two-storey stand with an area of 2500 sq. m. was built and decorated in the new style of LADA brand, developed by Steve Mattin, an industrial designer of the world level.
Important elements of the decoration were columns in the form of street stella screens – these are often installed at dealer centers. Tags were used as the textures, they referred to the names of the concepts.
The space of the stand became a universal platform for a wide variety of events. New models were installed on three rotating platforms. The cars already known to consumers were settled on the fixed platforms. A three-dimensional decoration in the form of a mountain road was built for the off-roadster.
There were a lot of entertainments to the guests of the stand. Visitors were signing up for a test drive, taking part in a quiz on a touch-screen and playing WTCC virtual race. The participants could take a souvenir photo at a photo studio, and try on an unusual and innovative image in a freezelight zone.
We made sure that everyone’s stay at the stand was as comfortable as possible. For the convenience of LADA guests there were charging stations for phones. For their children, a separate game playground with animators was organized (the only one on the entire MIAS). Guests were also offered branded souvenirs.
To attract visitors each day there was a show which was brought up specially for the exhibition.
On the first floor of the stand there was a zone for B2B meetings with business partners which included 3 meeting rooms. On the second floor a comfortable lounge-space for free communication was arranged.
“The agency managed to raise the bar so high that in 2018 we will have to show at least the same level. But it will actually about setting an even higher one. It won’t be easy, because the current LADA stand is the best thing we have done at International Automobile Salons in all 50 years,” said Alexander Bredikhin, Head of Marketing of AvtoVAZ, in an interview to Expotory.
