Event objectives

• Assessment of external and internal challenges in the Russian electric power industry, development of system solutions for the most important aspects of functioning of power grid facilities;
• Strengthening business ties between Russian companies and searching for new partners among foreign market participants;
• Exchange of experience and discussion of possible development scenarios of the industry;
• Organization of information support.

Description of the creative idea of the project

The concept of the event combined a business program and an exhibition. The exhibition area was subdivided into the thematic zones: “Growth Reserves” in the framework of the youth program of the forum and Award ceremony for winners of “Energoproryv-2015”; “Podium of innovative solutions” (a platform where 15 the most interesting projects selected by industry experts were placed); “Electric vehicles territory” (a unique format that allowed to see modern models of electric transport and charging infrastructure, as well as to go for a test drive).

Results

We prepared and conducted the event at a high professional level thanks to the correct strategic planning and attention to detail. We undertook a full range of tasks to organize the Forum – from selecting the site to developing the business program of the event. The participants noted convenient navigation and interesting activities at the site.

During the 4 days of the Forum, more than 5,000 people visited the Forum and the Exhibition, 28 business program events were held with the participation of 255 speakers – leading experts in the electric power industry, heads of ministries and departments, large corporations, network and generating companies, equipment and technology manufacturers. 48 Russian and foreign companies demonstrated innovative developments and technologies. Fifteen cooperation agreements were signed.

Our team attracted 23 partners to the event, including leading companies of the electric power industry and electric grids, suppliers of high-tech equipment, foreign manufacturers, etc. More than 60 industry mass media provided information support to the forum.

The event was attended by such world-class top managers as: Oleg Budargin, Director General of PAO Rosseti, Sergey Katyrin – President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Kravchenko – Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, Domenik Fash – co-founder of the Technopark Sophia Antipolis and others.
