Objective:

Creation of a Web portal, where the following is presented: information about the program, relevant information materials for participants, maps, information about partners and other information.  A clear demonstration of the scale of the event.

Solutions:

To demonstrate the scale of the event, we created touch tables and a video wall that contained information about the registered participants and was installed at the entrance to the forum “Birthplaces of talents”. There everyone could look at the map of Russia with points each of which represented a participant.

On top of that, sensor tables were created and installed at the forum platform. They provided access to photos taken in a special photo zone. There any interested person, photographed on a chromakey background, could appear in a virtual technological space: In the background of a futuristic city, in a spacesuit or next to an anthropoid robot. Using photo tables, participants could find their photos, post them on social networks or e-mail them.
